Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had bought from rediff.com online a few gift certificates which were to be delivered to my friend in India. My friend got them on time. He now wants to buy something with those and he's unable to do so. The Gift certificates were of Accor - but Accor is not accepting the gift certificates now. As a result, my friend is unable to buy anything with those. I had sent mails to Accor (Calcutta branch) and rediff shopping but none of them has replied. The gift certificates will expire by the end of this year. So he needs to do something pretty fast.
Can you let me know where he can ask help from ? Is it possible to get a refund in case Accor does not accept these certificates ?
