Sir,
I have purchased Samsung C100 from one of their dealers [US Computers, Amritsar]. I found some manufacturing / programming defects in the product, and I want to discuss that with you
1] It's morning Call alarm rings on Sundays despite of setting Monday to Saturday 7:00 AM
2] It shows Tajmahal in stage Russia in preloaded game name hamster Box
Sir it's a programming defect with which it's dispatched for Indian consumers with the factor of [SAB CHALTA HAI] every thing goes fine in India, sir, such a reputed brand in India is doing such thing is not good for health of your company, please advice me what can I do to replace this handset.
