Dear Sir,
Your site can be much better if you want to present yourself to the world or India or your own city. The normal output of a person on seeing your site would be like -"the web is going so ahead and these (you) have such a bad looking site"
I am sorry if I have hurt your feelings but you can have a very good site. I am writing so cause I am myself a web page designer and would like to help you. Please free to contact me.Samuel

Dear sir,
Please include latest amendments and important notifications and you can invite legal discussion like important lacuna in implementation of laws by the advocates and general public and can send that directly to chief justice of India because government is very slow in action and only those laws are implemented which favour government policies. There should be lively approach and good discussion for betterment of society.
