My first concern in the Indian context:
It is always considered that having professional relationship with lawyers, whom we have not had dealings earlier, is a very big potential risk, much to be thought about at least in the present times as many of them have the habit of switching sides and being bought over by the opposite party. I am sorry, please do not take me otherwise but your firm can be trusted and will safeguard the requisite secrecy.
It is really very saddening to learn, at least in India, that people tend to take advantage of the status of a Sanyasin, when they enter into any commercial agreement. it has almost become customary now, for a select few, to cheat them as they Know well that they will surely not drag them to court.
