I am an attorney in Ventura, California and found you website to be very much lacking in information and sophistication.
The court system in India appears to be archaic and the procedures in India to conduct the simplest of transactions appear to be made intentionally over-complicated.
My advice to you, your elected legislators and judges is concise.... cut out the Bull-Shit and SIMPLIFY your forms and procedures.
Another humble suggestion.... do not reinvent the wheel when it comes to creating good workable laws. I strongly suggest that you review the California civil code and use it as a model, especially for areas such as landlord-tenant, employment law and family law. Lastly, it would be very helpful to disregard religion in marriage actions.
Just a few suggestions from a trial lawyer in California.
