When the matters are so serious as murder, how so many people apply for bail and while some people get bail (like the bomb blast accused persons) while others like the Kanchi Seer are denied bail. Why can't we simply make a procedure to either compulsorily granting bail after the police investigations are over or refuse bail by law in murder cases, in order to make the dispensing of justice more transparent?
