I purchased a Samsung frost Free Fridge in January 2000.Ever since during defrost cycle the water drips inside the fridge and comes out from the bottom most area spreading on the floor in front of the fridge. It messes up the space all the time. After many complaints, the technician from their authorised centre came and after apparently doing nothing he demanded Rs.250/- which we refused. he left giving us a warning that no one will ever come to attend to our problem. As anticipated the problem continues and we did not regret for not paying the technician. I feel sorry that why I purchased such a product with poor back up service.
