Ansals Have demanded an Interest Free Security deposit before executing the Sale Deed for plot in Sushant Lok Gurgaon. They had not demanded this money till it was time for registry though formalities were done before. They refuse to give any justification for it. Since full money has been paid to them where is the question of Security deposit as they are not providing any service. They have taken Rs 25,000/- from me even though there is no mention of this money in Plot Buyers Agreement. Even they had not mentioned this amount when they intimated the dues to be cleared before registration. This is clearly an illegal demand but since we have paid so much of money they are arm twisting for this. What kind of remedy is there for me. There must be hundreds like me who have suffered in silence
