Faulty pieces of DVD sold by ONIDA

Dear sir,

My story goes this way

I PURCHASED A DVD SOME DAYS BACK FROM SNEHANJALI STORE OF ONIDA BRAND dfx 5100p. THE DAY I BOUGHT IT IT WAS SHOWING A DISPLAY ERROR LIKE OPEN LOOKED LIKE OPEn AND STOP LOOKED LIKE STOp AND ALSO IT WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY SO AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS THE TECHNICIAN VISITED ME THRICE AND THE COMPANY AT LAST REPLACED THE DVD. YESTERDAY I GOT THE REPLACEMENT AND TODAY I FOUND IT HAS THE SAME DISPLAY ERROR FOR WHICH I HAD TALKED WITH ALL COMPANY EXECUTIVES AND TECHNICIANS WHO AGREED THAT THE IT WAS A COMPANY DESIGN AND NOT A FAULT HOW CAN IT BE SO. SO I TALKED TO THE REGIONAL MANAGER REGARDING THE COMPLAINT AND HE WAS ALSO HELPLESS AND HE SAID THAT IT WAS THEIR PROBLEM AND THE LAPSE WAS FROM THEIR END BUT HE SAID THAT HE CANT DO ANYTHING AS HIS R AND D DEPARTMENT COULD NOT TAKE THAT ERROR OUT. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR THIS PEOPLE TO LAUNCH THE PRODUCT WITH OUT A PROPER QC APPROVAL. THIS IS RIDICULOUS THEY ARE CHEATING PEOPLE HAD YOU SEEN THEIR AD REGARDING THE DVD. I THOUGHT I WILL REPLACE BUT I DECIDED TO FIGHT NOW. ITS NOT ME ALONE BUT MANY OTHER CUSTOMER WHO HAD PURCHASED THE ONIDA DVD.
