As you are aware, the company Vakilbabu Law House Limited has been incorporated by a group of generally young, dedicated, socially very conscious lawyers, fully inclined on ethical practice, with wide contacts in all the spheres of life.
It has been incorporated as a public limited company at Mumbai on September 15, 2004 at the Registration No. U 91120 MH 2004 PLC 148609, with limited liability.
The business of the company has commenced on the Auspicious Day "Basant Panchami" on February 13, 2005, vide the Certificate of Commencement of Business Dated February 04, 2005 issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Belapur, Navi Mumbai, while the actual working has started since 1st March 2005.
