INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our Services for the purpose of helping our clients (both individual as well as corporate bodies) register, and maintain their rights of their Intellectual Properties include the following :
| 1. | We help our clients by helping them in ascertaining their rights in respect of Copyright, Trade Marks, Patents, Designs and Geographical Locations. |
| 2. | Carrying out various searches in India and abroad at various offices, to ascertain the individuality of the proposed Intellectual Property in respect of which the Rights are to be registered. |
| 3. | Drafting and assisting the clients in drafting of Specifications and claims in various scientific and technical aspects and streams, using our various experts in individual fields, in respect of their Rights to be registered. |
| 4. | Assisting the clients in registering their Intellectual Property Rights before various offices. |
| 5. | Finding out the infringement of their rights in respect of the registered intellectual properties. |
| 6. | Handling various litigations and arbitrations in respect of the infringement of Intellectual Property Rights. |
For the quantum of our fees, which differs from case to case you shall have to contact us. Presently we are charging Rs. 2,000/- to Rs. 5,000/- per day for outstation charges and lodging and boarding charges normally amount to around Rs. 2,000/- to Rs. 4,000/- per day in the cities where High Courts are situated, and around Rs. 1,000/- to Rs. 2,000/- per day in other cities, the traveling fares are actuals, but for comfortable journeys (First Class railways with or without A/c depending on the climatic conditions / Air fares / Private Cabs with or without A/c depending on the climatic conditions) from our place at Mumbai till the concerned court and back.
The fees as well as all other charges are payable in advance, as the per the schedule provided to you, and as per the manner laid out.
