I bought reliance phone in April 2004. I did not get bill till October. I called up customer support but they said they do not have any information. Neither did their outlets (Web world had it).
My outgoing and incoming calls are barred. but I am still getting bills. There is no one to negotiate. There were many more problems faced by me. Now they ask me to pay the full amount. I want seek help from consumer court.
Can you tell me any legal expert on this?
