I have faced the same problems and more with Reliance.
During the first one year, they have not only repeatedly disconnected service, but have also not given any bills and once in between lost all my proof documents and asked me to provide copies. They disconnected the service till the copy was provided. And after 1.5 years they give a cooked up bill from places like Warangal, etc which I never visited and a bloated up bill of 9000 with no reference to actual usage. Upon challenging this, they have disconnected my service. I made the mistake of trusting this company and paying Rs. 21,000/- upfront, as per the billing department I never paid it!
I BELIEVE ALL US AGGRIEVED AND HARASSED CUSTOMERS SHOULD GET TOGETHER AND SUE THIS COMPANY AND MAKE IT PUBLIC AS TO WHAT KIND OF ATROCIOUS CONSUMER SERVICE THEY ACTUALLY PROVIDE.
