I fully agree with you, my observations are that, the Financial Institutions go out of their way to even illegally browbeat the poor borrower, from whom they have already taken signatures on all possible documents at the time of disbursements of the loans, holding the threat to withhold the payment or even cancel the loan, if the same are not executed without even reading the same.
