Sir,
I have taken the Internet 24 Hrs on line connection from C-Tel Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Sector 15, Jharsa Road, Gurgaon, since 2 years. In spite of my repeated requests the service provider has not cared to ensure the connection on continual basis. In a day 5 to 6 hrs. connectivity is not available. An advance payment of Rs 550/- is made every month. My personal approach has not yielded any result. Such service has put me to inconvenience and loss of business. The connection is for my home use for my wife and children which is effecting online contacts and and examinations for my children. Kindly suggest the method for redressal.
