Complaint about Iqara service

Dear all at IQARA

My user id at iqara is " mannhunt ".

I have applied for renewal of my broadband connection on 28th January, 2005. Cheque of amount 1100 inr was given dated 29th Jan,2005.  Same has been deducted from my bank account since long ........ i gave four reminders thereafter for renewal. every time i get a simple answer  that it will start within 24 hours......

I regret that my connection is yet not working.......

"network cable unplgged is the error " ....... i have checked at my end ..... and everything is okay.........

have also launched the complain for same to BARODA office... but in vein....

So to get my connection i have to beg you people...... i will never make this mistake again to have connection renewed..... despite i will discontinue......

in doing so i have incurred following costs

Rs 50 phone bill

Rs 20 cybercafe bill

and loss of interest @ 3.24 on my money.....(1100)

i request you to first look into the matter and start my connection..... within 12 hours...

Also pay me back all the amount i have mentioned above........

ELSE I WILL BE FORCED TO FILE A CASE IN CONSUMER FORUM....
