Could you please tell me the validity of an auction which is conducted online & how is the seller legally bound to sell an item once the winning bid has been made. The website also specifies that the seller are required to sell the items legally.. but what legal restrictions does the website mean to say & can the seller of the item sell the same item to somebody else once it has been bid for & sold in the auction.
