Cyber law are in placed to keep every one that uses the web safe in today's society computers rule everything. One person can take down the entire power grid for you state. That is why in general why there are cyber laws in place if you need further information on a specific part of the law, contact you local solicitors or law enforcement agency they can provide more than enough information to stem even the most curious persons.
