Many State Finance Corporations are taking Shelter of Land Revenue Act to recover the dues and taking very harsh action. Which in many cases is not justifiable. Also Land Revenue Act can not be applied to Guarantors unless there is a specific provision in guarantee deed that dues can be recovered as Land Revenue. Any comments ?
