False cases have been filed against me in civil court. By mis-stating the facts the Other party has got interim stay in their favour. They have nothing to loose. Whereas my reputation, profession and my disabled patients are at stake and irreparable loss is being caused to me. The other party is now only interested to delay the matter. How should I get out of this problem.
Can anyone help me to get out of this system where it is said that ULTIMATELY TRUTH PREVAILS. But it is also true that JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. I am working for the cause of disabled persons for the last 28 years but false cases against me is causing me great hardship
