Sir,
I bought the Reliance India mobile phone in March, but the quality of its service (coverage) is very poor, I can give you the proof for this. Also the billing system is not transparent. They keep on adding the previous due in their bill even after the payment. On inquiry they say, please disregard that from the next bill onwards it wont come up, whereas I am getting the same for the past six months. Due to this I want return my handset but they says I cant do this within 3 yrs without paying the penalty. Please help me.
